1. 7-Day Replacement Policy
Since our products are personal care items, we offer a 7-day replacement guarantee only in the following cases:

Received a damaged or leaked product.

Received the wrong item.

The product is expired or has a manufacturing defect.
Note: To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide an unboxing video or clear photos of the damaged product at the time of delivery.
2. Returns for BOGO (Buy 1 Get 1) Offers
For our special Buy 1 Get 1 Free offers, the following rules apply:

Partial returns are not accepted. If you wish to return, you must return both units in their original, unopened packaging.

Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Refund Process

Damaged/Defective items: If a replacement is not possible, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.

Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited back to your account within 5-7 business days after the return is picked up and inspected.

COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, we will provide the refund as a Store Credit/Coupon Code or via UPI/Bank Transfer once you provide the details to our support team.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been opened or the seal is broken.

Items returned after 7 days of delivery.

Products purchased during a clearance sale.
5. How to Request a Return/Replacement?
It’s simple! Just follow these steps:

Our team will review your request within 24 hours.

If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at no extra cost.
