1. 7-Day Replacement Policy

Since our products are personal care items, we offer a 7-day replacement guarantee only in the following cases:

  • Received a damaged or leaked product.

  • Received the wrong item.

  • The product is expired or has a manufacturing defect.

Note: To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide an unboxing video or clear photos of the damaged product at the time of delivery.

2. Returns for BOGO (Buy 1 Get 1) Offers

For our special Buy 1 Get 1 Free offers, the following rules apply:

  • Partial returns are not accepted. If you wish to return, you must return both units in their original, unopened packaging.

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Refund Process

  • Damaged/Defective items: If a replacement is not possible, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited back to your account within 5-7 business days after the return is picked up and inspected.

  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, we will provide the refund as a Store Credit/Coupon Code or via UPI/Bank Transfer once you provide the details to our support team.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened or the seal is broken.

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery.

  • Products purchased during a clearance sale.

5. How to Request a Return/Replacement?

It’s simple! Just follow these steps:

  1. Email us at help@onsenrelief.store with your Order ID and photos/videos of the issue.

  2. Our team will review your request within 24 hours.

  3. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at no extra cost.
