  • All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via Email and SMS.

2. Shipping Charges

  • FREE Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India, including our popular Buy 1 Get 1 Free offers.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery): Available at no extra cost (or specify if you charge ₹40-50 for COD).

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

We partner with India’s leading courier services (Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express) to ensure safe delivery:

  • Metro Cities: 2 to 4 Business Days.

  • Rest of India: 4 to 7 Business Days.

  • Remote Areas (North East, J&K, etc.): 7 to 10 Business Days.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you can track it using the link sent to your mobile number or by visiting our Track Your Order page.

5. Incorrect Address or Undelivered Orders

Please ensure that the shipping address and phone number provided are accurate. In case of a failed delivery attempt by the courier partner due to an incorrect address or unavailability, we will attempt to re-deliver after confirming with you.

6. Damaged During Transit

In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please take a photo/video of the outer packaging and the product and contact us immediately at help@onsenrelief.store within 24 hours of delivery.
